4. Acceptance or Rejection of an Order

8.1. IVapeHub does not accept product returns or refunds for purchases made on our website. Given the nature of the products sold, for hygiene and health reasons, we will not accept returns or issue refunds for new and unused devices.

9. Incomplete, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

9.1. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, you are entitled to request a replacement for significant issues with the goods. We may ask for a video or statement regarding the faulty or incorrect products to facilitate processing your replacement.

9.2. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for items based on change of mind or if the product does not meet customer expectations for opened and used items. However, if an item is still in its original packaging and unused, we will happily offer an exchange or refund as requested. The responsibility for returning the item and covering postage costs lies with the customer.
